Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Wives Change Lives. We value your support and want you to have a positive shopping experience.

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, returns will no longer be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free of stains, odors, damage, makeup, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear. Original tags and packaging should be included when applicable.

At this time, Wives Change Lives does not offer exchanges.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for return shipping unless Wives Change Lives sent an incorrect item or the item arrived damaged or defective. In those cases, Wives Change Lives will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error by Wives Change Lives.

Wives Change Lives reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the requirements listed above.

How to Request a Return

You do not need to create an account before placing your order. To request a return, click My Account and sign in using the same email address used at checkout. Open the eligible order and select the option to request a return. Shopify may ask you to verify your identity using a one-time code or your Shop account.
